Pallas Growth CRM privacy notice
Updated September 9, 2026
This notice describes account information used by the private Pallas Growth team workspace at crm.pallasgrowth.com.
Google sign-in
When you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your account identifier, email address, email verification status and basic profile information, which can include your name and profile picture. We use this information to authenticate you and associate your account with an authorized workspace membership.
Google sign-in does not grant workspace access by itself. An owner or administrator must authorize your membership. The sign-in integration requests only basic identity scopes; it does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files or Google Calendar.
Account and workspace data
The CRM stores account and membership information, workspace activity and audit records. Team messages and private pings are stored for their intended workspace participants. Essential session cookies keep you signed in.
Supabase provides authentication and data storage, and Vercel hosts the application. These services process information needed to operate the CRM. Authorized workspace administrators manage team access. Google account information is used for workspace identity and access, not advertising.
Access, retention and requests
Account and activity records may remain after access is disabled to preserve workspace history and audit records. Removing access does not automatically delete historical records.
For questions, corrections, access removal or deletion requests, contact zach@pallasgrowth.com. Requests are reviewed in light of workspace recordkeeping and applicable obligations. You can also remove the Google connection in your Google Account settings; this does not itself delete CRM records.
